What FaultPath™ does
When a fault occurs, FaultPath™ synthesizes three things your facility already owns — the asset's actual repair history, its fault telemetry, and the field notes technicians have contributed on that specific machine — into a ranked repair sequence. Not a generic checklist copied from a manual, but the fault tree built from what has actually happened on that asset, ordered by what resolved it before.
The technician documents what they observed, what they tested, and what they found. That record is timestamped, tied to the work order, and searchable by fault code, asset ID, or symptom. Over time the platform builds a diagnostic pattern record for every machine in the facility, so when a fault signature reappears the prior resolution surfaces first.
The rule that makes it trustworthy
FaultPath™ only returns answers from your facility's verified datastore. It never fabricates. If the answer is not in the record, it returns silence — and says so. A repair system that invents a plausible-sounding step is more dangerous than no system at all, so this constraint is architectural, not a setting.

The manufacturer's manual remains the procedural authority for every asset, and warranty depends on that. FaultPath™ surfaces the facility's diagnostic experience alongside the OEM procedure, pointing into it rather than around it.
